Honors History Blog 3

I chose the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 because it made the number of work hours drop and the minimum wage higher. It also doesn't allow people under the age of 16 to work, which happens nowadays. (I know kids younger than me with jobs.) It is good because kids should be in school now focusing on education for their future, not making money. I see this working by giving people the opportunity to make more money without working two or three jobs.
